THE BAYOUS play zydeco, cajun & tex mex -music THE BAYOUS have in 1996 been playing for 10 years and was the first band in Denmark to play that kind of music. The Zydeco/Cajun style is originated in Louisianna, USA and has roots to the french immigrants who settled down there via Canada. The 10 year anniversary was celebrated with a new CD and a very successfull tour to Holland.

THE BAYOUS will garantee you: a stuffed dancefloor and a happy and joyfull evening. The musicians are all professionel and experienced and deliver a show of great joy of playing, that automatically will go to the hearts of the audience. Very autentic and detailed with the accordeon or fiddle in front and on top of the traditionel rock-crew: guitar, saxophone, bass and drums.

THE BAYOUS play songs of, among others, QUEEN IDA, ROCKIN DOOPSIE and LOS LOBOS plus some original compositions of their own and have been playing at all major folk/jazz/rock/country -festivals in DK.
